my oak desk
Well, today was a good day. I had already planed and jointed several oak boards for the desk drawers I'm building. The main carcass for the desk has already been assembled. A few weeks back I completed a jig and today I used it to make the box joints for the drawers. All is going well. Tomorrow I'll begin planing more oak for the drawer bottoms

We'll I was back at building the drawers for the desk. The bottoms are now planed and ready for glue-up. All the box joints for one drawer have been completed.
I checked in at Jiuna's blog to see if she received my comment. Looks like she did. Some time was spent in the garden today raking leaves and tonight we went out for a Malaysian dinner.
